Upgrade StorageReferences are not updated

Since today, when I try to add a reference to my document, it il added properly in the text but the references section (bibliography) is not updated properly (not updated at all).
To reproduce : just add a ref in the document.
Maybe this has something to do with the latest upgrade in LibreOffice (v. 6.1.5.2, Debian Buster) ?
