URGENT! Database Connector upgrade error!

I have a mac mini. Zotero works great on my macbook and was working until yesterday on the mac mini. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted , tried everything but to no avail. PLEASE HELP!! What does this all mean??? Thanks in advance!

  • If you don't mind, could you upload the database to the DB Repair Tool and post the Upload ID here? You can ignore the download link that the tool provides, which won't fix the problem, but this will let us try to figure out what went wrong in your database upgrade.

    After that, if you don't want to wait for a fix, you can close Zotero on the MacBook, copy the zotero.sqlite file from the MacBook to the Mac Mini (using AirDrop, Dropbox, etc.), and place it in the Zotero data directory on the Mac Mini, replacing the zotero.sqlite file there. Zotero should then start again.

    As long as you were using syncing, you shouldn't lose any recent changes you made on the Mac Mini.
