I cant see the zotero window on one drive

I have just installed Zotero and tried to use on ONE DRIVE or GOOGLE Drive.

One drive, I cannot see Zotero banner

Google Drive, yes but I could see Zotero Banner but I could not open it.

Please help me if you know something wrong I am doing.

    Zotero doesn't support Office Online, so if you mean you're trying to use Zotero in a document stored in OneDrive using the online editor, that won't work. You need to use a local version of Word.

    For Google Docs, you'd have to say more. What exactly are you doing, and what happens? Can you provide a Report ID from the Zotero Connector after trying?
