Having problem to save metadata from Google Book and Amazon (Report ID 2130020003)

Due to I having problem saving metadata from these two sites, after upgrade to Zotero version 5.0.69, I did a small test below. Hopefully, it is helpful for the developer to figure out the problem or mis-configuration in my system.

Windows 10 Version 1903 (OS build 18362.145)

Chrome version Version 75.0.3770.100
Chrome Zotero Connector version 5.0.56
Firefox version 68
Firefox Zotero Connector 5.0.56

-Both browsers produced the same result.

Zotero version 5.0.69

Zotero Chrome/Firefox connector supposedly change to a folder icon, but gray document icon persisted.

Check Zotero Connector ->Option -> Advanced -> No errors logged.

Click on first item: AWS IoT: Developer Guide (https://www.amazon.com/AWS-IoT-Amazon-Web-Services-ebook/dp/B07JBRCWWZ/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=iot&qid=1563001243&s=books&sr=1-1) -> Book icon did not appear. But if I copy the URL for AWS book and paste it in a new or existing tab, the Book icon appeared and I can save the metadata into my library as usual.

Click on second item, Internet of Things for Architects (https://www.amazon.com/Internet-Things-Architects-communication-infrastructure/dp/1788470591/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=iot&qid=1563001243&s=books&sr=1-2). Book icon appear with just one click as usual.

Click the third item. Similar behavior like the first item: One click, Book icon not appear. Copy the url and paste into new and existing tab work.

In all previous three tests, no error was logged in the Option->Advanced -> Error Report.

test url: https://www.google.com/search?tbm=bks&q=iot. Chrome / Firefox connector icon appear as usual. But, click on it to save, error message: "An error occured when saving the item. ......" appeared.

Click on any book, the Book icon appear and saving function works as usual.

Does anybody else have the similar problem? Only me?

I can replicate import on the two searches failing.

The book pages on Amazon work regularly for me -- you're likely just seeing AB testing or something along those line.

I cannot reproduce. I had a problem with the third item of the list, but switching from Kindle version to hardcover version solved the problem.
Using Zotero 5.0.70, Zotero connector 5.0.56beta3 on Firefox 68.0 in Ubuntu 18.04.2

If it's for me, yes, I can successfully save both to Zotero

I don't have problem saving individual book. However, Zotero Item Selector not working on both of these sites:

Here Zotero Item Selector worked flawlessly.

Please inform whether you all have the same problem or work flawlessly on your computer.

So you are trying to save ALL the books metadata at ONCE, right? Then it doesn't work for me neither

Yes. Relief to know I am not the only one having the problem. Will this problem be addressed in the next Zotero Connector update?
