Contact info

I realize this is not the correct forum to use for my topic. Zotero came highly recommended by colleagues, however I am not able to use it. I have paid for a membership but I would like to cancel it and be sure I do not auto renew. I had a difficult time finding an email address to contact for this purpose. Thank you

    You can cancel your storage plan from the storage settings page. If you signed up by mistake and would like to request a refund, email storage@zotero.org and explain the situation.
