Upgrade StorageBug Saved search ignores all criteria after "Collection is [another saved search]"

To reproduce, create any saved search, S0. Create a second saved search, S1, with "Collection is S0" and check "Include parent and child items of matching items". Now any additional criteria can be added to S1 and they will be ignored.
