Can't cite in Microsoft Word document in Google Drive

I had the some problems. Cannot add Zotero items to google when it is displayed as a "Microsoft Word Format" within Google drive. Instead you need to open the Word as a Google document, it must not be displayed as a Microsoft Word Document. Best, Chr
