Wrong number when I add citation

Hi, I have a problem when I add citation in Word. For example the citation in my library is the 7th one, but when I add it, it says 9 instead of 7.
How can I fix this?

What style are you using? The order of items in your Zotero library doesn’t have anything to do with the numbering in a specific document—that is controlled by the citation style and the order you cite them in the document.
