Zotero not saving pdf

Hi,

I am trying to save a pdf that I accessed through google scholar (ultimately from Taylor & Francis Online) and it is not saving it to my zotero.

The debug ID that I received is D2029956613

Please provide any help in resolving this matter.

    We'd want the URL you're looking at when you're saving -- I don't think this is site access limits, but I'm also not quite sure where you're actually saving.
