Firefox stops responding when attaching PDFs

Hi - I browsed the discussion but didn't immediately see a similar bug. When I try and attach a pdf - either that I've already stored on my computer, or am attempting to import along with a reference, the application (Firefox) stops responding and must be restarted each time. (When restarted, the file is successfully attached to that reference however.)
