synchronisation of zotero and new computer

Hi everybody,
I just change my laptop and I open my zotero account, installing zotero but I don't see my library when I open zotero in the new computer.
Need help please.

Have you set up sync in Zotero on your new computer?

Do you see your library in the online web library on Zotero.org?

And you have set up your account to sync in the Sync settings on your new computer (https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences)?

If so, are you getting any sync errors? See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing
