Upgrade StorageMS Word

I have downloaded Zotero(Reference Mgt Tool) onto my laptop but for some reason when I log into MS Word the Zotero icon is not available. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

dstillman Zotero Team(Though if you really mean "log into" Word — that is, that you're using Word Online — then it's not possible to use Zotero with that. You need a local version of Word to use Zotero.)
