Zotero Style for IEEE TVCG cites ranges as [1]-[4] instead of [1], [2], [3], [4].

Hi,
As I am writing a paper for IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics i.e., TVCG, their word format says that "Citation ranges should be formatted as follows: [1], [2], [3], [4] (as opposed to [1]-[4], which is not IEEE Computer Society style)". But almost all IEEE styles in Zotero Style Repository shows [1]-[4] instead of [1], [2], [3], [4]. Could anyone help me to find the correct Zotero format for IEEE TVCG?

It's a little confusing, because the same page that has that template, https://www.computer.org/publications/author-resources/peer-review/journals, also links to the IEEE style guide as a requirement (http://journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/IEEE-Reference-Guide.pdf ) and that very clearly says to use [1]-[4]. This is an easy adjustment in the style, but it would be good to know if it's actually necessary and if so to which IEEE journals it applies.

I checked a few publications of IEEE TVCG within the last five years, which used ranged citations and were based on DOCX format. All those publications used [1], [2], [3], [4] instead of [1]-[4]:

So for now, it would be great if there could be at least an extra Zotero style, which uses [1], [2], [3], [4] instead of [1]-[4], so I won't be forced to change my reference manager for IEEE TVCG Docx publication.
