Help- won't refresh document and add reference list

I am having trouble with my document and have done the tips on the debugging broken document site with no luck. Could you please help? I am trying to update the in-text citations and add the reference list back in.

A few things to note:
- The document was working fine then all of sudden one day stopped working
- Some of the citations are not in my Zotero but a co-authors Zotero. They were unfortunately lost but the document was working fine without having access to her library before. Why would it be different now all of a sudden?
-It gets through about half of the document before stopping, but it stops at different points each time so I am not sure it is a particular citation.

    So as I noted via email, we'll look at the document you sent, but note that the Debugging Broken Documents steps pretty much by definition have to fix the problem, unless the problem still occurs in a completely emptied copy of the document.

    The document updates fine if you follow the 1st suggestion in the instructions. That is, accepting all tracked changes in the document makes the refresh work. Make sure you are running the latest version of Zotero and deal with tracked changes, either accept or reject them, then try again.
