Can't open Zotero

When I try to open Zotero on my work computer, I get an error message that states: 'A copy of Zotero is already open. Only one copy of Zotero can be open at a time.'

I have no other copy open, and I tried reinstalling Zotero but the same message appears. Is there anything I'm missing???
