Export data in RIS

Hey, I'm trying to export my documents en RIS file and it's not working.
It used to work but now I have only a error message without any information, only saying in french "Une erreur s'est produite lors de la tentative d'exportation du fichier sélectionné."
I really need to find how to fixe that.
