Selecting all items, including parents, in quick search
Hi all, I am new to Zotero. I also know that this question has been asked before, but I am having trouble finding the answer.
I am using quick search to find all items that match "burn." I want to tag the parent items - even the ones that are greyed out - with the word "burn." After I perform a quick search, I press ⌘+A to select all. However, this does not select all the items. It only selects the items that match the search. How can I select all items, including parents?
Zotero should have a functionality that let's me do this, perhaps like ⌘+⇧+A or something.

dstillmanClick an item, press "-" to collapse all items, click the top item, scroll to the bottom of the list, and Shift-click the bottom item.

dstillmanedited May 25, 2019(That would be how you would select all parent items. If you want to assign a tag to both 1) the matching items and 2) the parent items, you can just assign the tag in two batches.)
