Zotero Connector not downloading PDF from pubs.acs.org
I'm not sure if the recent update to the ACS website has broken the way the Zotero connector works for it, as now when I'm using the Zotero connector the metadata is saved to Zotero, but no PDF is downloaded.
I tried with an article I have access to through my institution: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/jacs.8b07494
and the connector only showed that it was saving the ACS full text screenshot.

I tried again with an Open Access article: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsomega.9b00642 (although still connected through my institution's network) and this time it showed "Open-Access PDF" in the connector but with a cross next to it, and failed to download the PDF.

Do you know if this is a general issue, or is something broken on my end that needs fixing?
