Sync mismatch: not downloading from the web

Hi,

I've tried resetting syncing (using the reset file sync) in order to automatically download my web library to my Mac OS desktop client. I chose Zotero to sync attachment files in My Library. I have enough space.

How can I resolve this issue?

You don't really say what the problem is, but see Changes Not Syncing or Files Not Syncing.
