Upgrade StorageAdding tags in web Zotero not working

I am using Zotero web in Chrome on Windows (desktop mode) and in Chrome on Android (mobile mode). In neither of these examples is adding tags working correctly.
If I try to add a tag to an entry I see the list of auto-completed tags, but when I select one of them (this is then highlighted in Windows, but not in Android), that entry is not added, but only the letters I have typed to that point.
Can someone check if this is behaviour is replicated elsewhere?
Windows: 10.0.17134
Windows Chrome: 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit)
