Council of Science Editors (CSE) 8th edition, numeric, without DOI, Index Medicus

Hello, I am submitting to Pediatric Pulmonology, reference requirements are according to CSE 8th edition, but the citation style in Zotero repository (Council of Science Editors, Citation-Sequence (numeric)) also shows DOI and the journals´names are not abbreviated acoording to Index Medicus. So how do I fix these two things? The style of Clinical Spine Surgery would be also good, except it does not list minimum 10 authors...

Thank you very much, it works beautifully! I noticed another problem though, which affects few references. They show the date of access before the issue number and then the URL. Like this:
1. Cavalli G, Dinarello CA. Anakinra Therapy for Non-cancer Inflammatory Diseases. Front Pharmacol 2018 [accessed 2019 Apr 30];9. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2018.01157/full

I do not need date of access or the URL. What can I do? I could also edit manually, since it only affects few references.
