my old zotero data

Good evening, Please how do I get my old zotero data in the storage file in my laptop to my newly downloaded zotero. My old laptop got spoilt but I was able to recover my information however, the data in the zotero that I need badly can't be added to the new zotero. worse of all, even though I can see most whenever I try opening them to read this what I get "It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org". please how do I get the data activated? Thank you

    Thank you, but my old data was copied on the new machine so how can I find it here and copy it into the new downloaded zotero? . I actually went through the process yesterday after I posted the question but I got stuck at the point of getting the backup on the new Zotero. the other think was that I has already sync with my online data
