Saving PDF to Zotero

Hi,

Whenever I try to save a PDF to Zotero, I get a notification that an error has occurred and the source can't be saved. I have found that I'm only able to save online versions of journals that are not in PDF format.

Is there any way to fix this?

    Generally it's better to save the article page when available, but saving a PDF should still work.

    Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Connector) for a PDF save attempt that fails?
