Zotero Firefox connector not working with Firefox 66.0.5

The Zotero icon is now a thick unchanging Z which no longer changes or enables bibliographic details or PDFs to be downloaded from full text databases from which we used to be able to download. Zotero works with Google, but no longer with Firefox. We are running the latest version of Firefox, and the connector, and have even tried the Firefox extension bug fix intended for versions 65 and below.

Please advise.

    Try temporarily disabling all other extensions, and also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zotero Connector.

    If it's still not working, see if you're able to provide a Report ID from the connector.

    66.0.5 seems to work without issue for me on MacOS.

    Thank you for your advice, dstillman. This worked for me. Some students at our college had the same experience using Macs or PCs with Firefox. I shall forward your advice. Cheers.
