Keyboard Shortcuts in notes

Is there documentation for the keyboard shortcuts available in the fantastic new rich-text notes? I can't find any references on the site except for a mention of the most basic ones at http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4534/

I'd like to be able to toggle the editor's quote formatting from the keyboard, but the obvious control-" doesn't work. Is there any way to do this? My apologies if I'm just not searching for the right terms.

I'm not sure the shortcuts are mapped in Zotero as they are by default in TinyMCE, but the one you're looking for doesn't seem to be on the list:
