Upgrade StorageSingle Zotero entries not visible to all group members
Hi all,
we have a weird problem. We have a large group library with multiple users. We noticed today that single Zotero entries are not visible to some group members, the folders are visible. The entry we tested in 6 different Zoteros is visible for 3 and not visible for the other 3. The entry is listed in the online Group library and was not deleted lately.
What could be the reason for this weird behaviour? The only distinction I could fathom so far is that all 6 group members see different numbers for the total number of entries in our group librabry after syncing.
