zotero experienced an error updating your document.

Step to reproduce:
When I open my word (Office 365 version), and click the add/edit bibliography, the error message will show up and remind me 'Zotero experienced an error updating your documents.'

My word version is 1808. My Zotero version is the lastest one '5.0.66'. I don't know how to do I really need your help. Thanks so much!

    Thanks for your prompt response~ Yes I restart my Zotero and I even reboot my laptop. The problem exists. I have tried several ways such as re-installing my Zotero extention in word and running Zotero as administrator but it doesn't work...

    should I re-install my Zotero? Could I keep my data safe after re-installation? Thank you!

    Reinstallation won't help in this case. Run through the debugging broken documents steps.

    Actually I don't know why it works.... I deleted all of my former citations and then I click add/edit bibilo.. buttom. And this time Zotero didn't show me the error reminder and I just can insert my reference again. Hopefully it helps.
