Paid account sharing with free users
I am part of an organization that owns an unlimited account which we would not like to start making accessable to staff. However, I want to make sure that I am abe to share with staff in some logical way.
I am not sure that I can reasonably ask 200 staff members to start a zotero account, but I will if I have to. I would like to know, if we create a free "all staff" account, are we able to make that free account a member of a group that has access to a shared group from the org's research account; and, they are able to view and read, for example, all the pdfs and links?

dstillmanYes, you can do that. People won't be able to maintain separate individual libraries that way, of course, and there wouldn't be any record of who added/modified items, but if you're OK with that, a single account would work.

dstillman(Obviously, if certain people did want to maintain separate accounts and join the group from those, they could do so as well.)
