Supress date (year) in footnotes
Every now and then I cite works from between 300-700 AD or around 1500 AD, e.g. Saint Augustine of Hippo. Oftentimes (in specific styles) it makes no sense to cite the translator and the year of publication (like 2019), because the works themselves have well known names (Confessions/City of God). I know it's possible to "suppress author". Is there any way to suppress the publication date, that I may write "Confessions, …" instead of the name of the publisher and the date?
