Upgrade StorageProblem with APA 6th edition (citation in text)

I have a problem with the citation system in word. In fact, zotero puts "(Kutz, Garb, & David, 1988)" but the APA 6th edition should say "(Kutz et al., 1988)"
Does anyone have an idea why it doesn’t work?

adamsmithAPA says to list up to 5 authors the first time an item is cited, which Zotero does correctly.
