zotero suddenly not working

I've been using Zotero for 2 years. It has worked well. Today I opened a word document that already had a bibliography. When I clicked "add/edit bibliography", Zotero did not bring up the bibliography of the document. Instead it shows a page of references on Zotero. I cannot bring up any bibliography on any Word document.

    Have you tried restarting your computer -- this sounds like it may just be a communication issue between Zotero and the Word processor which could well fix itself.
