Storage trouble

My zotero give me a message about I'm short of storage. I have a 6 Gb account and used only one hundred MB. What should I do ?

    You're syncing with a different account without a subscription. If you want to move your storage subscription to that account, email storage@zotero.org with a link to this thread and the names of the two accounts. (You'll be over 6 GB and will need to upgrade to an unlimited plan to be able to sync additional files, though.)
