Tried to import a single RIS citation, and a small box marked "Progress" and "Importing items" is showing some process underway, but no outcomes. Cannot stop this by shutting down Firefox, or through Cntrl Alt Delete. Am having to restart now... :(

WhenI restarted Firefox, Zotero showed that an error had occured and prompted to send a report. I did, and the box that comes up will not allow you to copy and paste the Report ID into this post, which makes it less convenientand also increases the chance of you manually typing in the wrong Report ID into this post.

    There are no Zotero errors in there. You need to send an error report before restarting Firefox.

    Yes, it does (or should, unless there's something wrong with your system). Ctrl-C or right-click/Copy.

    If it's just a single RIS entry that's failing, you can just post it here.
