Upgrade StorageProblems with "Cite" Options
Downloaded Zotero onto a macbook, as well as the Word plugin and Safari extension. In Word, the Zotero option appears but does not respond when we try to use it. Checked the "Cite" tab under the Zotero desktop preferences, and rather than the long list of "Styles" options that I usually see, it showed a blank list.
The user library is working--we can add and see sources there, but the cite function just isn't working.
Does this sound like a problem with the network? Or something else?

You can try resetting styles from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. If that doesn't work, we'd want to see a Debug ID from Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.
