Browser connector failure

Hi, so I have been having this problem since I got this new work computer which runs Windows 10. Zotero connector doesn't work in either Chrome or Firefox. The retrieve buttons on both browsers are always grey and appear to be generic web-page. It doesn't recognize any items such as books on Amazon. I've submitted the Report ID 1564598316 for Chrome, and Report ID 112286810 for Firefox. Please help me. Thank you!

Update: I just checked the browser connectors on my laptop and they are having the same problems...

We'd want a couple of sample URLs. E.g. no book icon on ? www.worldcat.org/title/adam-smith/oclc/40105779

Thank you, Adam! Interestingly, my zotero connector works on your URL. It looks like there must be something to do with Amazon. For example, neither chrome nor firefox recognizes this one: https://www.amazon.com/Wealth-Nations-Penguin-Classics-Bks-1-3/dp/0140432086/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=the+wealth+of+nations&qid=1556826220&s=gateway&sr=8-4

And this one from Routledge also doesn't work:

For amazon, see https://github.com/zotero/translators/issues/1936

For Routledge -- a lot of academic book publishers won't work. They tend to provide little metadata and often change their pages.
