Files not translating

I'm wondering if anyone can help.

I just reached my file storage quota and so Zotero stopped me from saving new files. However, I've deleted files to make space but I still can't save new files.

Those are two different issues:
File storage doesn't impact your ability to import and save files, just whether they sync to the server. You're likely seeing: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/site_access_limits

For sync, have you emptied your Zotero trash?

Yes, it seems I have reached the google scholar quota, I didn't now that was a thing.
