Unable to cite in word documents located in Onedrive

When I inserted a citation into a document in my Onedrive account, an error occured with the following message "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a word document in your Onedrive account.
2. Click Zotero plug botton installed to word
Then the error message appears.

What exact Word version is this? Can you restart Zotero and Word and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for trying to insert a citation and getting the error?

Oh, sorry about that. It is version 1903.

The problem disappears when I restart my PC today. Thank you anyway.
