Upgrade Storage"Et. Al" won't Format
A student came to me with this problem (I am a librarian)
She is using CSE style which requires that more than two authors be listed as: (Author, et al.). Most of her citations showed up correctly, except for one which lists all seven authors rather than "et al." I looked at the info she had for that reference and it all looked correct, nothing weird-looking. Why might this happen? Can I fix it somehow? Is there a way to override this and ask Zotero to turn one particular citation into et al.?

bwiernikDoes that happen in a new empty document? The most likely explanation would be the disambiguates citations by adding extra names.
