Index of file window

When I open the window Index of file, for example when I click link:
file:///C:/...
I can add a program (.exe) to the list to open a file, but I can not delete a program from this list.

How to delete a program from the "Launch Application" list?

Link "Up to higher level directory" from "Index of file" window does not work - there is no move with one directory above!

Maybe this is a bug?

    1. Zotero just passes files on to your operating system, so that's a question about your operating system.

    I think that applies to 2., too, though I don't fully understand that question.
