Using Word 365 through Firefox

I am trying to use Word 365 through Firefox(have tried Chrome etc.) as well as taken my firewall down but have no luck, tried the copying Zotero.dotm in my start up on word (which seems to be there anyways) tried removing and installing. I am about to give up any suggestions in very plain computer illiterate language please, thanks

Do you mean Word Online, or the Word program on your own computer? Zotero doesn't work with Word Online. It works with the Word program, but that wouldn't have anything to do with Firefox or Chrome, so I'm not sure what you mean there.
