Word problem

Hello,

I've spent hours to install Zotero on Word 16.24 but no way... It seems to exist because when I try to create a macro in word it offers "zotero macro" but I can't have anything for citation, bibliography...
I've tried copying Zotero.dotm in Word STARTUP folder, but it does not work.
What can I do next ?
