Upgrade StorageError when synching library

Whenever Zotero software is trying to sync my library, it gives an error stating: Item data not loaded and field '1' not set for item 1/CE6X2KZF
The error first noticed on 4/16/2019
Zotero citations are simultaniously used in Microsoft Word and in Google Docs. Those seem to be working fine. It is possible to edit and add items to the library.
Could you please advise what the error entails?
