Zotero can not find any identifiers in your entry

When I paste the ISBN number the following message appears:

"Zotero can not find any identifiers in your entry. Please check your entry and try again."

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Ao colar o número do ISBN aparece a seguinte mensagem:

"O Zotero não pode encontrar quaisquer identificadores em sua entrada. Por favor, verifique sua entrada e tente novamente."

Alguém sabe como resolver?

for me this ISBN has the same error 9788522463282

That ISBN is in none of the catalogs Zotero searches for ISBN, so nothing we can do about that -- there isn't actually a centralized catalog of all ISBNs, so Zotero searches through large library catalogs such as Worldcat, which doesn't have the book.
