An error occurred communicating with Zotero

Hey Guys,
I'm working on my master thesis, which is interrupted by a (hopefully little...) Bug. Zotero worked fine most of the time, I use it with Win 10 and Libreoffice. Now, when I want to add a citation, the program first duplicates some of the existing ones. Then I get this message:

What would you recommend? Is there similar case that has been solved, which I haven't found?
