Actions (gear) menu

I know this is silly, but I can't find the so-called "actions (gear) menu" to send an error report.

    It's the button in the Zotero toolbar that looks like a gear, to the right of the tag selector icon and to the left of the green plus sign (+) icon to add a new item.

    I don't have an actions button. There is no 'gear cog' to the left of my green plus sign. Can you help me?

    The Actions menu was removed in Zotero 5.0. All options that were in it are now in the menus.
