Library in word document doesn't use the updated titles

Hello!
Sorry, I'm pretty sure I'm not the first with this problem, but I'm by my language limited to describe it and therefore can't find an answer.
I imported some references in the shared group library in my zotery, like this one: https://doi.org/10.1007/BF00995753
I added the missing space ahead of Thanasimus and put the code around the names to make them italic.
Now, when I add the library it in my word document, the changes are not considered. If I open a new word document and cite this title, the changes are there. What can I do? Why does my document use the original old names?
If on the other hand I copy the whole text in the new document, wher it just worked, the mistake will happen again and no updated titles used.

Most likely reason for this is if you have broken the connection between the Zotero database and the cite item (e.g. by deleting a copy of the item referred to by the citation in your Zotero library). In that cases, Zotero relies on the original item data stored in the document.

The only way to fix this is to replace existing citations, I'm afraid.
