Syncing Issues

Hi, I downloaded and have used Zotero on a Uni computer and created a log-in and exported all my (nearly 200) references from RefWorks ... it was working marvellously. I've just downloaded it onto my home Mac and it has not synced my libraries (despite my being logged into my account) and I have NO SOURCES on my home Zotero. Please could someone advise how I can get all the references I have in Zotero at Uni on my home computer ... I've tried all the troubleshooting on the web and nothing seems to be working.
