"Remove item from collection" not working

I cannot remove an article from a collection. I have tried enough that I am convinced now that it's a glitch. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have both checked for updates and restarted the program. Any other suggestions?

I have Zotero 5.0.64 and a Mac 10.14.3

I am a newbie, and seem to have this issue as well but from the online library.
