Unable to set up syncing

I have been using Zotero for months form home. Now I wanted to connect my new work computer, and get the error message "check your internet connection".
Internet works, and I am sure of my user name and password too. Would someone have an idea?

I just checked, and it is set as recommended (5).

That's not the point of the page, though — it's explaining the reasons why you'd have trouble connecting and things you'd have to check on your system if it doesn't work with the default settings.
