Style Error: [International Journal of Climatology]
According to the Author Guideline (https://rmets.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/10970088/about/author-guidelines#reference_style), the citation is now using "https://doi.org/" instead of "DOI:" for journal article with DOI.
However, please note the example given in the linked webpage for journal article is not consistent with style used in published articles:

This is your typical Wiley journal with guidelines that are not in line with actual pdf publications. There seems to be a bit of variation between papers, too.
I've made some edits, but did not change the delimitier between publisher and publishing place. That seems to be ": " in all the papers.
